Participation in the Olympiad is completely free — no fees or payments required. All you need to do is submit a motivational letter and confirm your achievements to get a chance to win a scholarship to study at UIB.

The Olympiad results will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Each participant will receive a message with their results — a participant or winner certificate, along with information about receiving a scholarship or tuition discount at UIB.

The evaluation is carried out by qualified experts and lecturers of the University of International Business (UIB), as well as specialists from the International Department. The process follows approved evaluation criteria, which include an analysis of the motivational letter, academic achievements, and the participant’s personal potential — ensuring objectivity and transparency of the results.

For all inquiries, participants will be added to the official WINZONE Olympiad Telegram channel, where they can receive the latest news, announcements, and responses from the organizers.

If you don’t have any certificates — you can still participate!
You may attach any documents or certificates that confirm your achievements at the school, city, national, or international level.
The most important thing is to demonstrate your potential, activity, and motivation for growth.

Document Submission

1. Application for admission.
2. Copy of passport. The national passport must be valid for at least 2 years from the date of entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Copy of the education certificate with transcript. The original education document must be apostilled, confirming the authenticity of the signature and the authority of the person who signed the document, as well as the authenticity of the seal or stamp affixed to it.
4. Certificate of national testing or entrance examination (NEET) — for citizens of the Republic of India.
5. International English proficiency certificate (if available).

All documents must be in high-quality PDF format. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the admissions committee.
If necessary, the admissions committee reserves the right to request additional documents.
After verification, the applicant will receive an email confirming permission to proceed with the interview/test.
Note: For citizens of countries outside the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), medical insurance is required for the duration of stay.
EurAsEC countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.

The Olympiad does not include a scholarship payment. However, once you become a UIB student, you can apply for financial rewards by participating in the university’s internal projects, competitions, and programs.

High school and college graduates of the current year, as well as final-year students planning to apply for the first year of a bachelor’s program, are eligible to participate in the Olympiad.

After participating in the Olympiad, no entrance exam is required for admission. Once the documents are submitted, the applicant will have an interview with UIB’s International Department, where their motivation, academic level, and readiness for university studies will be assessed.

The university does not have its own dormitory; however, international students can stay in comfortable hostels and apartments that we partner with.
